Goods will only be dispatched upon receive of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges.

We process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1 - 5 days (POS Laju / Airpak / Skynet / ABX).

Return Policy

We provides returns for all items except Best buy / SALE / Discounted items (includes items purchase using discount codes / Accessories and specifically stated non- returnable items).

Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot returned consequent time.

Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

All items are not to be soaked, If color runs due to this reason, item/s is strictly not returnable.

All returns must include the INVOICE SLIP. You may reprint it under your Account if lost.

The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 3-4 working days.

All returns which do not meet the above mentioned criteria w will be strictly declined and forfeited.


If you feel wish to return the product due to:

- Unsatisfied with the item
- Item does not fit
- Do not like the item
- Quality not up to expectation

And other reason fall under #1

All shipping cost (Return shipping cost, Exchange shipping and Initial shipping cost (processing) may have to bear by buyer.

Buyer will receive:
Return Credit Note (NO CASH REFUND) = Item price - (minus) Initial Shipping Costs.
- Store credit valid for 90 days.

If you feel wish to return the product due to:
- Item torn
- Item big stained

#1 All reasons listed below (1-6) are NOT considered defects:

1) Color variation from product photo, Example, fuschia vs red.
2) Slightly design variation from product photos, Example, print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangement ,etc.
3) Slightly size variation of within +-3cm on measurement.
4) Minor imperfections, Example, loose threads, crease marks and etc.
5) Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product.
6) Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference. ( Inner lining torn, inner ribbon loop torn, etc)

(Proof of defect must be verified by our RETURN to be eligible)

We will reimburse the shipping cost in terms of credit note and we will bear the exchange shipping cost and the initial shipping cost.

Buyer will receive

A brand new exact piece  will send to buyer once the defective item is received.

*A processing fee of RM 5 (RM 6 for Sabah & Sarawak), will be charged for each return item. For example, If the returned item costs RM 55 you will receive a store credit RM 50 and RM 49 for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

**Sales items may have slight defects/color descrepancies/measurements descrepansie and are strictly not returnable.
